Here is a link to a post with a table of contents by u/kyleeng and Here is the direct link to the Google Drive file. Feel free to offer suggestions! If you have a modified version of a leader or anchor (I currently have 351, 5x5 FSL programmed for my anchor to see how it goes). The only thing that doesnt explicitly get explained is 'Boring But Big,' but it doesnt take a computer engineer to figure this out by simply clicking on the check box in my calculator. 5/3/1 For Powerlifting has most of the important stuff thats in 5/3/1. I'll update this post with links to pertinent comments over time. The 5/3/1 method popularized by Jim Wendler is a tried and true strength program that focuses on the basics: squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. If youre planning on competing, get 5/3/1 For Powerlifting and possibly the 2nd Edition of 5/3/1. The "poll" can be the upvotes and downvotes and we can discuss the programs under each comment. I'm going off of the "Training/Programming section" of 531 Forever. I decided to make one post and let people discuss everything else in the comments if they want. Instead of making separate posts for all leaders, anchors, and combos (a program that can be a leader *or* an anchor). Let me start by saying that I hope we can use this as a resource for new people (and people on r/powerlifting and r/fitness that ask for program advice) and for veterans to easily compare each program.
